These Terms of Use govern your use of Stormgods Crown, a friendly scorekeeper that turns a match between two pantheons into a myth. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance
By installing, opening, or using Stormgods Crown, you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. License to Use
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Stormgods Crown for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment on devices you own or control. This license does not permit any commercial use.
3. In-App Content and Standings
Divine Power cards, points, standings, feats, and the long-term saga are part of gameplay only. They are earned or awarded through your use of the app, and they have no real-world or monetary value.
They cannot be bought, sold, traded, transferred, redeemed, or exchanged for money or anything else of value. Stormgods Crown contains no real-money purchases and no purchasable currency. All of this content is stored only on your device and is cleared if you reset the saga in Settings or delete the app.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Stormgods Crown for its intended purpose as a personal scorekeeper. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, tamper with, modify, or attempt to extract the source of the app, and you may not copy, redistribute, resell, or make the app available to others.
5. Intellectual Property
Stormgods Crown, including its name, artwork, audio, design, and code, belongs to the developer and is protected by applicable law. Using the app does not transfer any ownership or intellectual-property rights to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Stormgods Crown is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. The developer does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.
7. Family-Friendly and Privacy
Stormgods Crown is designed for general audiences and is suitable for all ages. It collects no personal information, has no accounts, and requires no sign-in. For details on how your on-device data is handled, see the Privacy Policy.
8. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. When they change, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
